Coedmor Cottage
Our long gravelled drive is situated directly off the main A496, on a sharp āSā bend. We have two mirrors opposite the drive to assist drivers turning onto the main A road.
There are bus stops at the bottom of the drive for both directions (ask for Caerdeon) and train station at Barmouth (5 minutes drive- bus using the T3)
Please note that Caerdeon is a request stop.
The bus stops can be viewed on google maps LL42 1TL.
Access into Coedmor cottage is at ground level but there is a low step over the threshold. There is no wheelchair access.
The cottage is single storey but there is a raise in the floor height when entering the bedroom making the ceiling height very low between the French doors and the bedroom walls.
The doorways vary in width from the entrance doors being 85cm others being a standard size.
The small (220 x 74 cm) cloak/shower room. Contains a small 70x74 cm shower cubicle with a raised shower tray and folding doors. Small hand basin and small toilet. Tiled floor and partially tiled walls
The en-suite bathroom has a bath (no handrails) a pedestal sink and toilet. Tiled floor and tiled splash backs.
There are no safety gates for toddlers.
Coedmor Barn

The cottage is single storey. The barn is open planned with only narrow access around the bed French doors lead out onto a wooden decked balcony with four steps down to the garden. The Balcony can be very slippery when wet.
The doorways vary in width from the entrance door being 89cm others being a standard size.
The (134x200cm) shower room. Contains a 80x72 cm shower cubicle with a raised shower tray. Small hand basin and small toilet. Tiled floor and partially tiled walls
This property only sleeps two and not really suitable for children.
Coedmor Gardens
Coedmor Gardens are mature ,landscaped
Semi-wild gardens.
Intended to attract nature. Some of the paths are very uneven with tree roots, dips and potholes. The various slate steps can work loose and become very slippery in wet weather.
There are unfenced ponds and a small man made stream running through the main garden. With paths and steps that meander across the garden.
We have a great selection of birds and animals that visit us throughout the year.
Coedmor Barn and Cottage guests have access to our main garden.
We do have some private areas. These are sign posted.
