COVID-19 Amedments to our T&C's

Our Check in times have changed to Strictly after 4.00 pm and departure before 10.00 am.

If you, or any of your group, are symptomatic, have tested positive, are awaiting a test result or have been asked to self-isolate by the NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service, you must not come to our premises. We are  required to collect guest names and contact numbers, in the event that a case or outbreak of COVID-19 is linked to our premises. This information may be used to support NHS Test track and trace.

Guests are Now required to leave our properties in the same clean and tidy state they find them.  This will allow us to focus on the additional cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting routines required, to keep our staff and all our guests safe. All pots, crockery, cutlery etc. Must be washed in hot soapy water after use.
We have completed COVID-19 Risk Assessments which can found on our subpage COVID -19 Risk Assesment. We have amended our terms and cleaning protocols.
Our properties are Self Check in, with a key safe on the door.
We encourage you to wash your hands regularly during your stay.
We ask guests to air the property during the stay and to strip beds / bag up linen on departure.
We will no longer be making up single bed in Coedmor Cottage unless this is requested prior to arrival. Please let us know as soon as possible before your stay if you intend on using this. The un-made bed will be covered in a wipeable sheet so we can sanitize between stays.
We have temporarily removed any items that pose additional transmission risks. These include books, DVD’s, Magazines. We have removed electric blankets and additional throws. If you could please bring your own to use during your stay. We have also removed any tourism leaflets so advise you plan your trip before you arrive.
Any problems with the property, you will be able to contact us by phone or email.
With the ever-changing situation, these terms may be amended further, we will be in touch if we need to. Any Local Outbreaks or Lockdowns may cause cancellations beyond our control.
Our priority will always be to protect our guests, our staff, and our local community.

 • Anyone showing symptoms of COVID -19, upon arrival will be asked to return home.
• If a guest is displaying signs of the Covid-19 virus while staying in overnight accommodation for a permitted reason, they should notify us, immediately self-isolate where they are to minimise any risk of transmission and  return home as soon as possible if they reasonably can. They should not use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely. If a guest cannot reasonably return home (for example because they are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority. Guests should follow government guidance on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
 • Symptomatic guests in self-isolation would be responsible for cleaning their own rooms and stripping/making their own beds.

Be aware that guidance can change, so we will always check the government sites if a case arises in our business. It is understood that if anyone staying in the property contracts the virus, they will immediately notify us, so we can inform of the next steps to be taken.

Steps that should be taken on hearing of an infection: Guests should follow standard self-care methods.
Once a property is vacated post infection, appropriate cleaning protocols will be followed, as per our COVID 19 cleaning procedure.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us at Coedmor and thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
